Change your attitude towards your thoughts

Being spiritual is about being alive.  It’s ok to feel anger, it’s ok to be hurt, it’s ok to be insecure or unsure.  It’s ok to be happy, to feel joy, to feel love.  What you are feeling is ok and is living in the moment.  Do he ashamed to acknowledge your feelings.  Acknowledge them and work through them, change your attitude towards them - this is mindfulness.
