Updating my business Plan

I am updating my Business Plan.

Balancing Belle is a Wellness Counselling service that incorporates Life Coaching, Mental Health and Well-Being Advocacy, Therapy and Counselling, based in East Yorkshire but offered worldwide to any English speaking cliental. 

Using a Humanistic Approach I explore, with the client, what is causing them anxiety and then working with them to find solutions, based around their goals to heal their mind, body, spirit & soul. Leaving them feeling beautiful inside. 

The process promotes sustainable behavioural change, by highlighting unique skills, strengths, and resources. Transforming the client's dreams into achievable valid base objectives. 

A client would come to me because they want to change the circumstances, they find themselves in. I will help them think about their values, visions, goals, and desires and make the necessary changes to bring out the best in themselves. 

This process promotes sustainable behaviour change, by highlighting the clients’ unique skills, strengths and available resources, which then enables the client to transform their dreams into achievable valid base objectives. 

It is best described as a process of empowerment, self-exploration, and self-learning, which is based on connecting the client with their unconscious mind to aid healing. 

It is my goal to put clients in charge of their own health and well-being and recovery. To open up to the idea of self-development and self-improvement in positive ways. I want to help clients to enjoy a reduction of stress, anxiety, and other mental health conditions within my training. 

I aim to help clients to identify a home life, activities and career that resonates with their inner values and not the values of others. This will challenge their beliefs and perceptions about themselves, which will lead to a higher level of beauty which includes happiness, meaning and success. 

This new found beauty will develop an inner courage, in my clients, to do things that their fears have been stopping them from doing in the past.  Enabling my client to bridge the gap between what they say they want and what they actually do. 

In aiding recovery, I will help the client to choose a healing technique that will allow them to safely connect with their unconscious mind. These include the safe practices of Hypnotherapy, Colour Therapy, Crystal Healing, Inner Child Therapy, Ancestral Healing, Aromatherapy, Sound Therapy, Solution focused Brief Therapy, Neurolinguistic Programming Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, among others. 
I will discuss with the client frameworks, formulas and other methods from well-known psychologists and psychotherapists that will guide them through times of crisis. Including the T-Grow, CHIME Recovery Framework, CLANGERS, SAVERS and RAIN. Once the client has chosen which technique/s they would like to work with. I will discuss with them how to apply these to their goals and can also add these frameworks to their chosen healing therapy, such as whilst under hypnosis, so that it is embedded into their subconscious. 

Eight sessions are recommended; however, it is up to the client how many they have and over what period of time. Each session is 60 minutes long but 90 minutes per session is blocked out in my diary, as clients tend to run over on this time. If they don’t run over, it gives me a short break (for refreshments or to use the facilities), and extra time to prepare for the next client. If the client is in a different location, it gives me extra time for travelling to the next meeting point. 

I have been and will be again a full member of the Contemporary Medical Association and have insurance with Westminster Insurance.
