Why Belle Avec Tanya?
Belle Avec Tanya means ‘Beautiful with Tanya’. Beauty is ‘Superficiel’ (skin deep).
How did Belle Avec tanya come about?
Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work on my own mental health. I have always been a ‘sensitive’ person. Sadly, in 2018 I went to that ‘dark place’ and have vowed never to go back there. Resulting in becoming a certified practitioner and now serving others. (see the post - Qualification and Credentials).
Using an Humanistic Approach we will explore the mind, body, spirit and soul together.
We find solutions, based around your goals.
My service bridges the gap between what you say you want and what you actually do want. Putting you in charge of your own health and well-being.
I am able to facilitate change by integrating your values, visions, goals and desires. This helps you bring out the best in yourself.
The process promotes sustainable behavioural change, by highlighting unique skills, strengths, and resources. Transforming your dreams into achievable valid-based objectives.

What is my skill base?
To aid recovery, I connect with the unconscious mind. Incorporating various frameworks, models, formulas and other methods from well known Psychologists and Psychotherapists (mainly Carl Jung).
