I am alway searching for the right App. Think I may have found it Daylio. It is £2.59 a month or £18.99 a year. You can record your moods, goals and activities. It is easier than other apps I have tried using. It sets reminders and gives stats on your progress. Yes I’m sure some of you will say a notebook or phone entry on notes or calendar would be cheeper but I like apps and it is cheaper than a class.
I have a free month trail so will let you know how I get on.
But if anyone would like to try along side me, I have mine set to yoga three times a week and meditation 4 days a week. Starting small with just two goals.
Insight timer App is great for free classes and you can pay membership if you don’t already have your own routines, or want to build on what you create yourself.
