I am a ADHD Coach
I just completed a wonderful course with Certified Excellence and thoroughly enjoy it.
What I liked the most was how relevant the tools and techniques are for anyone, with or without ADHD.
Self Management and Organisation skills are the main themes that run throughout this coaching process.
I have created a training programme, which I will post more about at a later date.
