Journal Therapy Coach

Becoming a journal therapist is a challenging way to build me career. The whole career is centred around researching and writing, it is crucial to understanding human psychology, behaviour and many more things.

The training included goinh over the understanding of the human mind and how to face various situations that help with emotional discomfort and improve lives.
  1. Increased Self-Awareness: Reflective writing exercises help participants gain a deeper understanding of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.
  2. Improved Coping Skills: People acquire useful techniques to handle stress, cope with challenging emotions, and strengthen their resilience.
  3. Enhanced Emotional Regulation: Participants will learn how to identify and regulate their emotions by engaging in self-reflection and writing exercises.
  4. Greater Clarity and Insight: Journaling exercises provide insights into personal challenges, patterns, and strengths, leading to improved decision-making and problem-solving.
  5. Enhanced Communication Skills: Improved communication in personal and professional relationships results from participants enhancing their ability to express their thoughts and emotions.
I am really excited to add this discipline to my toolkit
