From February to April I had 4 sessions on Cognitive Restructuring with the well-being therapist and it change my life. I didn’t realise how negative I was about myself. I am always telling people not to be so hard on themselves and to practice self love but then find myself doing to opposite.
I have just come across it again in this book on Emotional Intelligence in chapter 6. It is definitely a technique/tool I want to ensure is at the forefront of my professional practice.
