Pain Management

Before going to bed last night I used my music bowl to cleanse, charge and re-programme all my crystals in my bedroom.  I then slept with this beutiful Amber around my next.

After taking pain killers to get through work in the morning, I didn’t take any until things got bad again at night.

The Aspirin, I gargled with, wore of about 1am and I woke briefly to recognise the pain was there but not as bad and then slept the rest of the night even having a 15 minute lay in (get me 😂)

From my pain management training and last weeks mindfulness course I was reminded of the acronym RAIN.

Recognise

Allow

Investigate

Nurture.

This in turn moves you towards pain not away from it.  Since doing this I barely take painkillers even though with my ME/CFS. I am in pain daily, so taking them yesterday was a let down (bare with me before you start lecturing) but a necessary one for what my throat needed and me to get through…RAIN (there you go 😂).

I am grateful I have the faith in spiritual healing more than I do in medication though.  But each to their own (no judgement) and what you need you need.
