As a trainee Virtual Assistant, having completed business studies already. Lilia does all the hard work that goes on behind the scenes with the IT. She part of the management team at Balancing Belle.
Lilia was home educated after being forced out of the education system. She is living with ASD and has personal experience of childhood trauma. Lilia has a great understanding of the different therapeutic techniques, used within Balancing Belle, and has a specialised interest in Sensory Processing.
Lilia is correctly working towards becoming a Mental Health Champion by completing a Level 2 Mental Health First Aid training course.We hope to one day welcome Lilia onto our counselling/coaching team too.
